Ghana, our mother land, will be 57 years
since independence, and as usual, the whole country will take a day off to
celebrate and reflect over the past and see how far we’ve come as a nation with
her destiny in her own hands.
As the economist will put it, ‘all
things been equal’, our freedom fighters left a lot wealth celebrating if those
things were maintained and built upon. For instance, saying no to
neo-colonialism by practicing and insisting on the spirit of sacrifice and love
for country but, what did we and now see?
The leaders who took over after Nkrumah
are just watch men employed by those who call us inferior human beings and
because of that, they only do their best to satisfy their pay masters so they
end up doing nothing or very little for Ghana.
Because our leaders after Nkrumah,
especially the so called democratic governments, where and still not
themselves, but working for and to the benefit of an invisible hands somewhere
outside Africa, they are mostly unpatriotic and what would you expect from the
youth whose only portion is the negative results the in-human practice of
Neo-colonialism brings?
Every 6th march, our media
houses try to assess Ghana’s success as to whether we making progress or not, but many at times, the issues turn to
attack those gone and very little is said about contemporary leaders especially
current governments and what they are doing to make our independence
meaningful.
The meaning of been independent and the
reality on the grounds in Ghana calls for national mourning and wailing in dark
cloths with our hands on our heads. How can an independent nation a so-called
sovereign state be practically ruled by outsiders?.
How can we sit here and allow foreigners
to enact law for our executives who also have no option than to forward it to
parliament to be passed into law like the GMO one? How can we celebrate
Independence Day under coward leaders?.
‘When I was a child, I talked like a child; I thought like a
child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of
childhood behind me 1 Corinthians 13:11’ yes the bible is right majority of
Ghanaians have lived in ignorance for too long thinking our country is been run
by Ghanaians but if we will put away childhood mentality we will realised that
our leaders are indeed watch-men for the very people our freedom fighters drove
away.
After
the over throw of the only bold Ghanaian president, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, almost
all external agreement between Ghana and the western world benefit the western
world and none of our political parties I mean the two major once (NDC and NPP)
have done anything about it and the way things are going, there is no hope they
can change the order.
In
Ghana today, there rule of law has changed into rule of lawyers when a big man
steals state money, he will use as many as possible lawyers to go with the
money, but let a poor man take just a penny you will see how fast the law will
be applied.
Our
political leaders travel everyday to oversee to see what is used to eliminate
malaria, which is neatness but they come home with mosquito nets in their
armpit, instead of putting measures in place to punish people who litter
around, they ignore it to project re-election.
A
country which is burnt on giving it young ones schooling instead of education,
but the colonial masters give their people education which make their graduates
a complete societal team player who can do something with their lives. The few
Ghanaians who have practical solution to our problems are denied the
opportunity to handle situations.
It is
only in Ghana where people have certificates as engineers but can’t do anything
practical with it the few who have practical knowledge are turned into readers
by the system.
My
people, if you will study our system carefully, you will realised that, the
economy, the and everything in government no matter the party in power, is not
in the hands of our country, but rather in the hands the Britton wood
institutions who seek their interest before you and I.
These
are some the truth our political elites will want to keep secret from you, and
because they know the day you become aware, you will demonstrate against the
system, like boycotting of this year’s independence day celebration. And that
is exactly what this article is appealing to all Ghanaians to take a better
look at what it takes to be an independent nation and see if ours is wealth
celebrating.
Henry
Kissinger a promoter of G.M.O and a former U.S state man, stated, “If you control oil, you control nations. If
you control food,
you control people." A basic logic will tell you that the country called Ghana is not controlled by Ghanaians. Because by God’s grace, Ghana has oil and even the unborn baby knows that we Ghanaians are not in charge of the oil
you control people." A basic logic will tell you that the country called Ghana is not controlled by Ghanaians. Because by God’s grace, Ghana has oil and even the unborn baby knows that we Ghanaians are not in charge of the oil
Come to
talk of food, the local food which we used to eat throughout the years, have
now become a special food for a few rich men and the genetically modified for
which the Americans feed their animals with are what the ordinary Ghanaian eat
every day and as a result, sickness and diseases that used to be a permanent
property of the western world, is now common in our villages.
Is this
the Ghana Kwame Nkrumah and the others fought for? Do we look like a sovereign state?
Are we not ashamed to call ourselves a free nation? Well majority are those who
think our leaders are actually in charge of this country Ghana but the reality
is a sorrowful one.
The
freedom of Ghana is taken back through the back door, which is Neo-colonialism
and we need to refight for independent and this year I wish you will send this
message to anyone you know to put on black cloth on the 6th of march
to lawfully start the fight for freedom again
If a
Ghanaian could write a bill like the G.M.O bill for its citizens then we are
better of in the hands of the alien who physically left some 57 years ago but
return through coward and greedy leaders.
Long
leave Ghana; long leave the spirit of real Africanism.
